Dude, What Is Up With Albuquerque?

I was there last week competing in the USATF Master's Indoor Championships, and I just about died. I DNF'd my first race ever, and was coughing like crazy for three days. I also got a nosebleed and had a headache the whole time i was there. There just wasnt enough oxygen, and the air is very dry on top of it. There is about a 5,000 feet elevation difference between ABQ and where i live in LA.
It was rough, man. I've been back a week now and I'm just starting to feel normal.
