This team is in Los Angeles now, not Butte, Montana or say Jacksonville.
A second year with only modest improvement above the complete disaster that was 2016 won't, and should not sit well with this new fan base.
And you just decided to keep the very GM who has pizzed away loads of top draft picks....now we are to hope he can build a powerhouse by stock piling compensatory picks??? If it wasn't so sad I would laugh...
Garcon &/or DJax for Britt & (not so) Quick would be huge upgrades.
A lawn chair to replace GRob would be markedly significant as well.
Weinke replaced by anybody including my 96 year old neighbor John across the street will aid in the development of any QB including Goff.
These are all simple, doable fixes, however they won't help Gurley from running up the back of his OL or missing his cut back lane and they certainly won't help Goff go through his progressions faster or help him throw the ball accurately down field. So in the end, if this team is to improve, the major onus of said improvement will come because 2015 Gurley returns and Goff shows why he was the first overall pick.
Anything short of that by either of those two and it's two huge swings and misses on our last two first round picks. Couple that with not having one this year and, well, need I say more?
