I really think this team just "death spirald" with Fisher. The players all believed him in the beginning, but 5 years later he had them still not going anywhere. The bottom fell out and the players stopped producing because it was the same ol' song and dance with Fisher.

I think, like you, this team is not as bad as the record and with McVay we could really get back on track sooner than later.
