I wasn't crazy about the Joe Barry hire (I would've preferred Kevin Greene) and I know nothing about the WR coach, but I like the rest of this staff.
McVay, Olson, LaFleur all have experience developing QB's. I think this is great news for Goff.
Phillips and Fassel were excellent hires.
The roster still needs a lot of help but I like the direction they are heading.
I think this might be getting overstated a bit, and has me quite perplexed.
Who has McVay and LaFleur developed? Surely you're not crediting LaFluer for developing Matt Ryan?
Ryan was an established 7 year vet by the time LaFluer came along. Who else ya got on that resume?
Its funny to me how people want to credit the quarterbacks coach in Atlanta, but the OC in Washington for the qb's success!
Poor Matt Cavanaugh who actually has skins on the wall, gets no credit as the quarterbacks coach for Kurt Cousins development.
McVay just completely jacked his shine!!
LoL human sensibilities are simply amazing to me. lol
