Yeah, clearly McVay has his work cut out this year.
But I don't think that it can be overstated how much the change in coaching staffs and coaching philosophies can positively affect the team's outcome in '17.
I mean, the Fisher regime was not unlike driving a race car on 2 flat tires, offensively speaking.
And there were some mistakes on D game planning at times, as well.
I like what I'm seeing on the building of a coaching staff. I mean, I really like it.
It's looking like a no nonsense experienced staff being put together.
I anticipate a good draft and active FA moves. LOTS of new faces on the roster. An exciting new winning culture.
So, put me down for a 10-6 season based upon what has occurred so far.
