btw - I always thot asst coaches were allowed to move on from their current team's contract - but only for promotions....
and could NOT be held back by teams. I am WRONG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Of that fact, it appears, I am sorely mistaken!!!

Maybe Greg Olsen will end up being the OC in the 2nd year - after McVay learns to trust other coaches to run the offense as Gruden did with him.
But it seems McVay really likes offense and sounds alot like Martz in that he just wants a DC to handle EVERYTHING on defense so McVay can focus on his true love.....offense! Man of my own heart! LOL
