I was just stating that there are some combination of skills that will go into the position. NOT necessarily a big name. Not necessarily a position coach but someone that has an expertise combined with a wider scheme knowledge.
I can't expect that it will necessarily come from a team that has staff in tact so may not be an OC today. Could come from College ranks as well but I am betting there will be someone like saying Edgar Bennett...
"Edgar Bennett begins his 24th NFL season in 2016, his 22nd in Green Bay and his second as offensive coordinator after four years as the Packers’ wide receivers coach and six seasons as running backs coach."
Now you are emphasizing OL experience and I have no problem seeing that just pointing out it is not likely some one most will know or be able to easily understand why they were chosen but certainly will have to be a good fit relational and intellectually and that is what really matters.
