What's the point you are trying to make. We just dumped a 50+ guy who wanted to be liked...he failed. Are you saying that what we need is not a guy who is liked but feared? Do we need a HC who is not so much liked but respected? Where does that respect come from his resume/ his ability to have players follow him.....
This cat may be young....he just seems to be liked...I'd rather have a guy respected myself, but respect is hard to come by now in todays world....it seems that respect has been thrown out and replaced by social media......The days of Lombardis/Landrys/ Allens....etc are gone it's become the time of selfies and videos junk....respect has kinda been thrown our the window.....me, me , me has replaced that.....so being liked is a major aspect in this world.....look at facebook....it's a thumbs up or down type thing.....sad but true.
I just hope this guy can fix the O-Line and let happen after that...I just want simple things to occur....The draft goes it's way, the FA goes it's way.....just get a guy who fixes the O-Line with what we can salvage from inside the team and go from there.....
