I think these Ram players are already getting excited and are ready to turn the page from the Fisher Regime. They want to be coached and they want to Win.
It would obviously depend on the type of relationship I had with them.
If I were meeting strangers for the first time I would shake their hands.
If they were close friends or relatives I would hug them.
If they were my subordinates I would smile warmingly and shake their hands.
I hope a lot of the responses I'm seeing are extremes to make a point.
