He is very young so anyone established may be hard to get...plus he is calling plays. An OC will really be like an assistant OC.
It's different for D...my guess is that part is 100% under the control of Phillips.
Looks like we will be grooming another unproven OC...with a big diff...the HC understands a play called the downfield pass.
