On the surface this looks like a very good QB/HC match when you consider the coaching pedigree on offense from the prior regime.
The fact that McVay is going to call the plays and knows he will be judged big time in his first year by how well Jared Goff performs, makes this an exciting and suspenseful marriage between these two young guns.
McVay and Goff will either sink or swim together because as Kroenke experienced up close and personal, the honeymoon periods in Los Angeles are very short lived.
The blunt truth is If McVay doesn't fix him our Rams are going to be set back another 3-5 years.
