I've never ran a front office before, but what do you do when you have two people the same in your eyes? What's the deciding factor? Probably getting a head start. I'd be absolutely estatic with Shannahan, but McVay has me very optimistic that he can bring in some big names and develop this roster. Really, I'm okay with either of these two.
