They don't see that much in Cousins as a player which means that the fact that he did well at all is a testimony to the OC.
IMO Kurt Cousins is a franchise qb, you CAN win with him.
My agreement is with the OP's overall point that what McVay is hanging his hat on is suspect at best.
He's accomplished *nothing* in this league.
