I agree he has some charisma and has a done a great job with the Redskins. That being said, I sense a little immaturity in his demeanor. He's too buddy, buddy with the players for me and I don't see a guy that commands respect. He needs a few more years under his belt . He'd fit right in to the SoCal lifestyle, but He's just not a good fit for the Rams right now. We need a HC with a little more experience and one that doesn't look like he's waiting to surf the waves of Laguna.
Might be a mistake to base a McVay hiring decision on a few minutes of a single video clip, stack.
