I agree. Shanahan should be the choice over McVay. I'm not sure the Rams can compete with Elway though. Only thing the Rams can offer that could help would be a job for dad.
IMO you have to play this thing out with Shanahan before you commit to someone else. Let's hope the Broncos job gets filled today...
