for his staff and an equally talented DC which in turn brings in good positional coaches I'm fine hiring him 1or 2 years early and he grows into the job. By 2019
He's right on schedule! And with his connections to the Grudens and the coaches that meet with Grudens coaching club he should be able to put together
a good staff.
Not sure if McD goes to SF and Shanny to Denver which direction they should go in. The rest of the list is Blah to me.
