I like a lot of your plan but have a few tweaks.
Benny and Tru should be resigned for sure.
I don’t suspect Benny will be all that expensive. I’d hate to waste draft picks on a RB when there are so many other needs.
If Tru walks, the CB position is in shambles. They can’t afford that. They paid him $14M this year. Whatever they pay on a long term contract will likely be a bit less than that given that he didn’t have a year where he showed that he was elite.
For free agents, I like the names you mention.
I would sign either T. Pryor or Alshon Jeffrey.

If they do both of the above and resign Tru, they likely won’t have enough money to sign a good veteran guard too.
But another strategy would be to sign one of Kevin Zeitler OG, T.J. Lang OG, Larry Warford OG, or Ronald Leary OG instead of Riley Reiff. Then move Saffold to LT.
I’d cut Sims for sure. I hated when they resigned him this last year. He’s not very productive and a waste of money to me.
