The Giants added better talent. Gave Spags a lot more to work with.

He did nothing in NO with bad talent.

The big takeaway here is that you can turn around a horrible D in very short order if you have good FB people picking your players.

The Rams under Fisher and Snead had 5 years and made the offense worse.
