That was Zygmunt/Linehan.

Devaney didn't sign on with the Rams until 2008, and he didn't have GM powers until 2009. He ran the drafts from 2009-2011. The guys you list there are all from 2006-7.

Actually some Devaney picks are still on the team, including Quinn and Saffold.
