Rattling off all those horrible picks just makes Snead look like a pretty decent GM.

Snead has been around this league for quite some time and learned under some of the best in the biz.

I wouldn't be upset if he was replaced, but I can't remember the last time a GM was part of drafting back to back RoY's either.....
