Gurley is no Bell that's for sure

Bell shows great patience, the hole isn't there he waits and reads the block and finds the hole, wish Gurley would learn this instead of running right into the back of his linemen.
Also another thing Gurley needs to learn is stop running up the backs of his downfield blockers, he's going to get someone hurt someday.
