HC......McVay or Shanny.
OC......Martz or McCoy......McCoy is available from SD and will be an ex HC on staff. Same for Martz, he's living down south.
DC.....Gus Bradley....Another ex HC on staff. Also, insider for Seattle. A good get on that side of the ball.
For McVay or Shanny to hire ex HC's as Coordinators would be huge for them. They would get guys to run the show as they grow as HC's. I love the idea of going with youth and energy. McVay has worked under both Gruden's and has their type of enthusiasm. Shanny is a more controlled version of his Dad, intense but not over the top. I love that as well.
