See how well Bill O'Brien did as the OC with the Patriots and how well he's done with the Texans offense and McDaniels did with the Broncos and Rams offense.

Look no further then a guy like Spags.... had a historically atrocious defense in New Orleans.... goes to the Giants who spent money on talent and now he's leading one of the best defenses in the league.

It's a players league.
