There's more than enough blame to go around. Players and coaching staff. I'm a little put out with the talk from some players about needing to be "pushed" or held accountable. Plenty of players do pretty well being self motivated to succeed at a high level. I know not every player is that way, but our roster seems to be heavily weighted towards players that need the boot in the rump to take their jobs seriously. And since Jared Cook brought this subject to light, he isn't exactly setting the world on fire in Green Bay. 30 catches for 350ish yards isn't exactly Pro Bowl numbers.
