First they target guys that either are already under contract with someone else (Pete Carroll / Sean Payton) or don't want to coach (Gruden) - then they're interviewing half the assistants in the league, some of whom have never even been coordinators. Seems unfocused, and rather like throwing spaghetti at the wall.
