The Rams need more than a head coach. As has been mentioned before on the board, they need football minds in the front office. A few bad years can be blamed on a poor coaching staff. Decades of dumpster fires in an organizational problem.
I'm all for one Shanahan on the field and one in the office. I do see some danger here though. Can the elder guide and advise the younger without interfering?
I'd like to see a winning and balanced team. But if the Rams are going to keep going 7-9, I'd rather see them doing it while scoring 30 points per game.
