Someone authoritative can be the wrong fit sometimes too. I'm not sure what this team needs right now other than to develop the QB, decide on WHAT the GM will be doing and who that person will be.
I want a guy who can bring in the right staff. And a guy who has nothing to do with drafting or free agents for the most part.
