Mostly because I believe he belongs in jail and that kind of leadership is normally a negative.
Yet, I gave him some props just the past few days saying how he was least of the Rams problems as the defense has played fairly well.
But offensively, making that comment you made I believe is out of line. Payton keeps directing top offensives year after year while Fisher is well known for being a bottom 5 offense.
I just feel that the offense is so bad, the Rams need an offensive successful coach more than anything and while Payton won't turn miracles (if Goff is truly a bust), he gives him a much better chance of becoming a successful QB.
