Well it may come down to the answer to why our team seems to this point always need to look for better players.......is it the players more than it is the coaching they are getting...IMO a guy like Rivera is a solid football type and thus he chooses the same type around him.....he has IMO a solid group of position coaches who have actually developed players in all positions......from defense and offense....but again it seems to be a moot point as outside of local rumors it seems he is staying put.
