Personally I think Gurley is way down the list of players you consider replacing. Start with the scheme/coaching of course. But personnel wise, I think if they bring in two new starters on the OL- one in FA and one with the 37th or 69th picks (probably a C/G), it could go a long way. I still have some faith in Havenstein and Brown. It's really Robinson and Barnes you start with replacing.
As tough a 2nd year as Gurley had, only two Rams RBs have more yards in their first two seasons- Dickerson and Bettis. I also think Gurley could be a 50-60 catch RB in a better offense.
Its not a matter of wanting to replace Gurley. I am not blaming Gurley but he is an asset and the Rams need picks.
