Analyzing Goff's wounded duck interception against 49ers

What is wrong with Goff's grip and throwing motion that would cause him to throw that wounded duck against the 49ers last week. None of his college videos showed him throwing wounded ducks like he has done in the pros.

See the video below at the 48 second mark. Any opinions about this ugly throw? Even Austin Davis could have thrown a tighter spiral. Man, Vince Ferragamo, Jim Everett and Kurt Warner used to throws some pretty passes.
