right now I would have him lumped in a big pile

He did this last year in the Bowl game and I remember commenting on him. He is a dependable WR that attacks the ball, but has a wirey frame.

Right now my top group of WRs would be (no real order yet)

Mike Williams (has had some drops this year)
Corey Davis (I was all over him last year, he has effectively played his way out of the Rams reach)
John Ross Washington (if you need a slot guy)
Smith-Schuster (I am seriously concerned with his top end)
Curtis Samuel Ohio St. (is he a RB? a WR? A more physical version of Tavon Austin?)
Cooper Kupp EWU (IMO he should be considered by the Rams. A precise route runner, physical and no drop issues. Isaac Bruce comp.? I would grab him in the 3rd IMO)
Dede Westbrook Okla. (another slot, he is so thin framed and 175 lbs, so I have no idea how much more weight he can pack on, but he is electric)

Then comes this pile of WRs all 6' to 6'-2" and under 200 lbs:

Malachi Dupree - QB has been a mess
Travin Dural - see above
Travis Rudolph - under performed this year
KD Cannon - a sleeper fav. of mine. 180 lbs...
Zay Jones - insane numbers
Josh Reynolds - solid if unspectacular numbers
James Quick - again solid
Stacy Cooley
Darren Cunningham

I'm not saying these guys are all the same, its just early in the process and right now I have him lumped in with a bunch of guys going anywhere from 2nd/3rd round to 6th round.
