And for the record Goff (imo) has 5 times the arm talent Couch ever had.
BTW, Wentz's high passes are due to his elongated release, which he had issues with at NDSU, and Goffs lower half is not synced up with his upper half right now. Too much going on in his head. Goff is fighting reverting to college ways while Wentz gave in to the darkside. Goff wants to get this right.
The guy I was thinking of is Keenum. Though you're right, the way I phrased it (just in terms of the numbers) could apply to Foles. I just didn't think of Foles. So there ought to be a better way to phrase it than I did, so that Keenum is the answer and Foles doesn't come up.
