Hot offensive coordinators and hot defensive coordinators and veteran head coaches have all worked with different teams too.
So you don't eliminate an entire category just because you remember one from that category who didn't work out. I mean you might as well say "all failed Rams coaches were american males so the next head coach should be a Belgian female."
In fact you don't count the category at all. Spags did not disqualify all defensive coordinators, for example.
