Most glaringly on the O-line, but also in the secondary. Our biggest "hit" in the secondary IMO was Jenkins, who is now pro-bowling it on the other side of the country. Hitting on Gurley and Donald (and Hekker and to a lesser extent, Big Z and Benny C) are simply feathers in his cap. To use a college metaphor, I can ace a few tests and a homework assignment here and there, but fail the course due to many other areas of abysmal work.
Snead's just got to go.
Gurley not looking like much of a "hit" these days but even if he ends up being a productive player, he was overvalued at the spot he was taken. David Johnson was taken in the 3rd round of that same draft. Snisher screwed up.
Donald and Hekker are the two hits and with as many picks, including premium picks, as they had, a blind man on a dartboard could have done as well or better. There's also all the free agent busts, the misguided trade up and selling of the farm for Goff and the completely unnecessary and unearned Austin and Foles extensions, etc., etc.
People may say it's not fair because it didn't have final authority, Fisher did, but he also failed to steer Fisher away from terrible decisions and into a better decision making process. If he has no ability to positively influence at an executive level, he's not real GM material.
