Well, in 2012 Fisher was hired about January 12th and Snead about February 10th. I know a lot of times the Senior Bowl week is when a lot of new HCs interview for their staff. I am sure all would be in place by the Combine. If they hypothetically hired Josh McDaniels but New England made the Super Bowl they could probably still announce it the week leading up to the SB.
