This is just my opinion on Fisher but I thot he had many of these qualities Casserly mentions...
1) Leadership - Can he command a room? Presence?...........................Fisher
2) Communication - Can he communicate with people at all levels?........Fisher
3) Character - Can you count on the guy?................................................Fisher
4) Judgement - What kind of staff does he have? I'd say 2/3s of a good staff (DC & STs).
and his real issue was with the offensive side where he just didn't get the right coaches. imo
THIS....was his downfall.

The problem with Fisher is due to his coaching style his teams lack accountability, he doesn't value a good offense, i they make lots of mental errors.
LARAM told us this 5 years ago and we didn't listen.
There will forever be different views on that.
One of the rhetorical tactics to get used to is that virtually everyone posting about it will act like their view is The One Truth.
I only know I see your view as mostly in error. Meaning, I just disagree with it and don't think it's "a truth" at all, I just see it as a view I personally oppose for, I believe, very good reasons.
