Possibly you are the one who does not read the board very often. Since the day Fisher was fired I"ve been arguing and posting ad nauseum for a "top down management model as opposed to a bottom up-i.e. hiring a coach first. It's been my believe that the first item on the agenda should be to place Demoff in a non football decision making position and hire a GM with expertise and experience in making long range football decision -a person like Wolf who would report directly to SK and not Demoff. Then the GM can analyze the team and it's strengths and weaknesses and he would be in charge of hiring the coach. And that is why I posted the article by Wolf that was in today's Times. In any event it appears we are on the same page with this subject. I only wish the Rams were.
