On the Mason and Ireland show last week Mason interviewed Fisher and he said something similar,

First when saying how he would respond to fans wanting to know from him why he should stay as coach

he said I have a good relationship with the owner, next he said the roster would be rebuilt.

What the Heck has he been doing for 5 years?
