I blame the offensive coordinator for this ... passing plays take time to develop ... the QB has to wait for the play to develop ... and the O-Line needs to give the QB that time...

the OC is designing plays that are beyond the ability of the O-Line to execute ... the OC is setting up Goff to fail.

True, but it's a natural thing for rookies to do...they need to learn to just throw it away when nothing is there and the protection is breaking down. He will learn.
