his record still really was middling....why was he the hot candidate?
Is there something more than wins...
clearly there must be, cuz Fisher's record before 2012 was obvious to all.
Why hire a HC with a losing record?
I just think there are so many factors that go into being an HC that it is very hard to quantify it using only the colors of Black & White.
To be clear, I have no dog in this fight....I could care less if Fisher is fired or kept...I just want success. What I wonder or disagree with some here is exactly "HOW" that success happens. It's not a formula or else every team would have it
(I'm lookin at you Cleveland!)However, I also know that sometimes success is slow and sometimes it's fast...sometimes it happens just one year and never again.
I'm open to whatever the Rams decide to do with Fisher or any of his staff & players.
I'll have an opinion on what they do based on....well, my
opinion.
