ED said the problem starts at the top. He's blasting Demoff big time. He said Demoff was behind the call.

ED said he will never come back to the stadium again if he is made to feel unwanted and that's what Demoff is doing.

Demoff has way too much power in the organization and Kroenke gives it to him, the same way he gave too much to Fisher when he hired him.

It all starts up top with Kroenke.

This is part and parcel of what Demoff's job entails. Has nothing to do with day to day operations of the team.

This is a public relations/brand management issue.

That is his job!

He`s MUCH more than PR and numbers. I may not have as many connections as you, but the ones I do have are pretty solid.

ED knows the deal.

Demoff is most certainly involved in football operations. HE is the reason why Les Snead is the Rams GM. He had much to do with the hiring of Jeff Fisher. Was involved in the collaborative effort with Fisher and Snead in the RG3 trade, etc, etc, etc.

We can just agree to disagree, but ED will tell you the same thing I`m telling you.
