And its not like Fisher has a certain "type" of QB that he prefers as some have said Wentz was his kind of QB.
It was reported that Fisher liked Manziel and Mariota who are closer in stature to Goff than Wentz.
I still think its possible that Kroenke pushed for the trade but left the choice of QB up to Fisher and Snead. Once they made the choice Kroenke wanted to spend face time with him over dinner. Thats about it IMO.
