not at all fishy to me

November 19, 2016 01:56PM
Some people are prone to dehydration. I make a conscious effort to drink lots of water and keep water on my desk every day. I limit my coffee input to two cups in the morning. This usually works, but there are still times when I get dehydrated, and this leads to severe legs cramps and other problems. It seems plausible to me that a pro football player could make a conscious effort to stay hydrated but still end up with a case of dehydration that requires a trip to the hospital. One of the potential effects is severe constipation and even bowel obstruction, which is very serious. Even the lesser effects, such as leg cramps, can be debilitating. I have had nights where I woke up with cramps in my calfs and thighs, could barely get out of bed, and couldn't get back to sleep.
