I think that Deacon and 93 are probably right.
In '17, it's gonna be Goff starting and Mannion the likely #2. A developmental QB will be added by the new HC.
I think Keenum would have been odd man out even without salary considerations. It's an upside thing. Gotta see what Mannion has got next year. The brief sample we saw this preseason was encouraging, huh?
Heck, it's possible that they only carry 2 QB's on the 53 next year, depending on how Goff and Mannion look.
