Well, c'mon, you're talking about Fisher here. Fish won't deviate from his type offense, regardless of whether another type utilizes the strength of his players. I've always been a firm believer that you mold a scheme around the strengths of your players or you find players that already adapt to your system. When the Rams drafted Goff, I was hoping the offense would be changed towards a more uptempo, rhythm passing attack, but it's not even close. TA would benefit from such an offense as well. Goff is going to struggle, no doubt in my mind. It's going to be a learning process for him.
