no....offense won't be fixed till Robinson, Austin and possibly Gurley are replaced
offense will look different..Goff is very good at seeing the 2nd level under pressure..most qb's including Keenum can only see what's close and live in a dink and dunk world when pressured..rare ability so should see more completed passed in that 20-30 yard range..also Goff has less mobility then Keenum so expect more sacks and more loses...but all journeys start with ta single step. Goff will be the Rams 1st step.
add not starting Goff won't make Goff better...IMO he learns by doing..all Fisher is accomplishing by not starting Goff is ripping days off the calendar...if their goal is winning playoff games or a Super Bowl they are wasting their time starting Keenum
