Of course I include the owner-as much as anyone. And naturally I understand that isn't going to change. So I didn't enter the post to show what can be done but only to give my opinion that the head coach is not the only person in the equation. Obviously if you want to limit the discussion in terms of what can be done then the owner's involvement becomes irrelevant other than his ability to hire and fire.
