How could this be? I don't see how it can't be a failure of the coaching staff. Fisher should not be surprised that he has no running game. He built this thing.
Yet, we are to give Fisher another pass because he doesn't have a running game to make Keenum's job easier and that would give him a winning record.
Sometimes you just have to step back and look at the big picture. Fisher just isn't good enough.
Oh, i am not giving Fisher a pass on the Oline, Max. Thats the main reason i am in dont-resign-him mode.
Barring a miraculous turn-around, I am in favor of ending the Fisher era.
But if Kronky were to hire a new coach (i dont think he will) it aint gonna be all rainbows and butterflies -- i mean every offensive and defensive player would have to learn a new system. Goff too. That aint somethin I am happy about. Maybe another year lost.

I fear that you're right about Fisher getting extended. Kroenke would totally lose me if he did that.
There's a reason why some teams are long time losers. They're stupid. I don't believe Kroenke doesn't care about winning, but if he retains Fisher he's stupid when it comes to fielding a winning team.
And I've seen too many teams hire a new coach and win immediately to give me pause about firing Fisher because of installing a new system.
