ONLY at the Raiders record this season and how they played in the past decade, then your opinion is valid.
But the greatest asset of the Raiders this season is their mental toughness. If you'd watch how they win and the game situations they face, then you'd see a different mental mode.
This team can stare death in the face and not panic.
Nevertheless, the Raiders defense is not very good. The team gives up too many big passing plays. Unless they get Mario Edwards Junior and Aldon Smith back, then the expectations/hopes of winning it all is ZERO.

the video doesn't show how good his hands really are. I think he can be the next Danny Amendola.... with Chris Carter's hands... and then some.
